While using it, all actions are tagged with a timestamp so there are no questions to answer during reconciliation. Once an item has been scanned, a snapshot of the current inventory quantity is taken and any sales performed from then until you reconcile are automatically taken into account.
With our handheld POS machine, we handle the delicate relationship between cartons and packs seamlessly, and give you the option to view items individually or rolled up into the purchase unit, so for example, if you are short 1 carton put over 10 packs, we don’t show an erroneous variance. We keep a full history of every scan and give you the option to replace or append if you scan the same item more than once. Once reconciled, the inventory levels are applied locally and the count is pushed to corporate where they can view and audit the full details
